Book Signing Event @ Crafted Fair Trade

  • Author Deborah Shouse was joined by many in celebration of her new book, Letters From The Ungrateful Dead. Crafted Fair Trade donated 15% of all purchases to the non-profit, First Call Kansas City, that is dedicated to ending the addiction crisis through care, compassion, and community change.
     

  • Deborah says: "Many thanks to the teams at Crafted Fair Trade and First Call for their support of my book launch -- I am truly grateful for your generous spirit. And to all who attended and stopped by, you have my deepest gratitude."

Heartland Caregiving Conference

  • Laughing Our Way To Better Health and Happiness -- We had fun doing laughter yoga with the wonderful caregivers at the Heartland Caregiving Conference. Kudos to Rachels Hiles, of the Sandwich Generation, and her team of volunteers, for creating a such an informational, meaningful, fun, and nurturing experience

  • We had such a great experience at the Shepherd's Center, sharing stories and information from Letters from the Ungrateful Dead and having deep conversations with the attendees. Thanks to Judy Haines and her team of volunteers for helping us create such a meaningful time together.
